It would be very useful to be able to download the customer database. this could be either a CSV format or an Exel Format.

I could use this for email marketing. Eg letting customers know about any specials, new rooms, or any other news that you could email to your customers.

This has been rolled out - there is an "Export Guest Contact List" icon in the Account Reports tab in your Dashboard now. Click this, and then look for the "Export to CSV" link in the upper-right part of the page.

Is there a way to see a client based report on which homes they inquired on and if they stayed the dates and the property?

Hi thebridge: that great pause for thought might make you realize that we are so busy improving the software and answering questions for clients directly. And in the case of this topic, the suggestions were rolled out within days.
