Quiet time in the woods Posted: May 4, 2023 We loved staying at Naples North. My parents looked like the belonged here, in the big easy chair or the sunny deck with red wicker chairs. The master suite was great for them too. The location was good - easy access to Saugatuck and Holland, Grand Rapids and even a swing to Chicago. The woods surrounding the house were lovely and quiet and the hot tub in the back under the stars, divine. Leslie

Absolutely amazing weekend getaway! Posted: Oct 7, 2022 Everything about this stay was 5 start worthy! The only reason I'd rate it as a 4.5 is because we had issues with locking the exterior doors our first night there. However, to our host's credit, as soon as we communicated the issues they were quick to come the next day and help us lock them/ informed us they are in the midst of replacing them.

A great time for a group of friends! Posted: Jul 23, 2022 We had such an amazing stay at Naples North! We had plenty of room for people to enjoy themselves and the fire pit, hot tub, and proximity to the lake were all major highlights for those in our group. Scheduling the stay was also very easy and we received check in information with plenty of time ahead of our stay. Thank you for hosting us and we definitely recommend that folks book their family and/or friend trips here!

What an amazing home Posted: May 13, 2022 We rented this home to attend a wedding in nearby Holland. This home was absolutely beautiful and the sunset view from the lake was astounding. The neighbor was a wealth of knowledge for us. The hot tub has the best jets ever and the walk in showers were awesome! The pool table and video games were a hoot for the adults and we all became kids again while playing. We grilled outside, had an awesome fire, and sang to the top of our lungs (amazing acoustics in this place so bring your guitar!!). A bit pricey for less than 48 hours access but well worth the stay.

Beautiful property Posted: May 21, 2021 The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. It was a nice open space with plenty of room for a large group to gather. The town is cute and not far from Saugatuk and Oval Beach. Unfortunately while it does say beach access, the stairs that are supposed to lead to the beach are broken and unusable, so really there is no beach access because all other stairs are private and locked. That was kind of a bummer because it was one of the main selling points of booking this property. The hot tub was also broken, but the management company was extremely responsive and great about trying to get it fixed. All in all, the house itself was great just doesn't have beach access as advertised. It may help to label the light switches as well. While it was not a major inconvenience, it was a source of frustration trying to figure out which one does what.

Pleasant getaway Posted: Aug 25, 2020 Overall good experience at Naples North! Tucked away on 4 acres with activities like volleyball, basketball and hot tub. Games like pool table and Ms Pac-man arcade. Toys for smaller kids to play with also. Easy access to Saugatuck and Holland Breweries. View of beach from porch across street from house. Was able to go to public beaches in the area within 5-10 miles. It was a nice few days away! Thank you!

Great house for summer weekend! Posted: Jul 15, 2019 We had a great time at Naples North. It was clean, roomy, and had so many fun activities from volleyball to a pool table and lots of yard space for bocce and spike ball. The only downside was that the private beach access was not available this year due to how high the water is (which is no fault of the owners), but I do wish we were aware of this before arriving so we could have more adequately planned for that. We still had a wonderful time in the sun and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Friends Thanksgiving Posted: Dec 6, 2018 My family and friends stayed at Naples North for Thanksgiving weekend and we had an awesome time!! The house was well equipped from the kitchen supplies to extra towels and plenty to do for kids and adults!! The hot tub was an added bonus for all of us! We mainly stayed at the house with one exception of checking out Saugatuck Brewing Co. with was a fun place!! I highly recommend this house. Just one side note, the house was across the street from the lake.

Great spot for a family vacation! Posted: Nov 2, 2018 The house was much larger than what appears in the pictures (although the pictures look great). Our family spent most of the time socializing in the BIG kitchen. We enjoyed movies downstairs and fires outside at the great fire pit. Overall will definitely return to the area and would come back to this house! Thanks again!

Exceeded expectations Posted: Sep 8, 2018 We’ve been vacationing to Michigan for the past 12 years or so and stayed in several different places. This one ranks among the best. Great yard, volleyball was a hit, plenty of room for the kids to play and the beach being right there was awesome. Not much if any sand on the beach - mostly rocks - but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Naples North Memorial Day Posted: Jun 5, 2017 Absolutely incredible property tucked away by itself to allow for some privacy. The furnishing inside the house was incredible and we could not have found a better place in the area to stay. I think we may be coming back next year!

Lovely winter setting Posted: Jan 23, 2016 Our group (3 families) spent one winter weekend at Naples North. We loved the layout of the house. The kids loved the downstairs area, playing ping pong, and using the hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all of our meals and all the kitchenware we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were all very nice. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake. We had a very minor issue with the grill and the caretakers returned our phone calls immediately. I highly recommend a stay at Naples North.
