Hi nance - my apologies for the delayed response on this topic (I think I emailed you about this separately).
If your PDF file is already hosted on your website or somewhere on the web, you can include it in any email template with something like this:
[URL=http://www.yourdomain.com/SomePDFfile.pdf]Click here for our PDF document[/URL]
If you don't have the PDF file hosted anywhere, let us know and we will host it for you. You can email to us, and we will upload it to your Bookerville account for you.
