The bed count is 5 kings 2 queens 2 twins 2 full sized futons and 3 queen sized sleeper sofas, which provides plenty of room for 24 people to sleep comfortably. There is covered parking for 2 cars and space for an additional ten or more.
The main home has a huge commercial kitchen complete with an indoor BBQ, a deep fryer, a food prep sink, and with a prep room for caterers. You will also find a private Gym, Atrium
Indoor hot tub room with waterfall and 100 ft indoor stream, Wine cellar, tavern with a full bar, Pool table, and Foosball table, and a
massive formal dining room. There are also private balconies off every bedroom.
On the manicured grounds you will find a private half-Court Basketball Court/ outdoor games field, a seasonal stream and pond weaving through the grounds, an outdoor fire pit, 2 outdoor BBQ's,
Rock sculptures all around, a huge outdoor fountain and a pond with a seasonal waterfall and a fire pit.
Edgewood Mansion is a 15,516 sf home on 77,000 plus sf of manicured grounds. Edgewood will offer you and your group with so much to do that you might not even leave the house while on vacation. We had a 5 star vacation. Hopping between the jacuzzi and basketball court, there wasn't much of a need to find other activities for the kids (of all ages). We may be back next summer!
