My family stayed at Hawk's Ridge last weekend and we were very happy with the property. I would recommend anyone staying there in the winter have 4-wheel drive or snow tires, as the road to the house is steep and difficult to climb in icey conditions.

Perfect house for families needing a place to stay while visiting Roxbury for a wedding. My brother and sister in law stayed in the master suite downstairs while we stayed upstairs with our boys in one room and us in the other. The large deck surrounding the house was perfect - shady on one side - sunny on the other. We spent the bulk of socializing time outside. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. The trash/recycling routine was a bit intense. Thanks for everything. The house suited our needs perfectly.

Great experience! I wish we could have stayed longer. I love the cleanliness, the accommodation, and the privacy. The house is set up on the mountain with beautiful views from the deck. Jason and Phyllis were very easy to work with. Once again, great experience!!

The hous ewas beatiful, comfortable and clean. The renters are attentive and accomodating. We had fun walking the property, taking in the amazing view and sunrise, skiing nearby and checking out Peek a Moose (restaraunt reccomendation). All the members of our group are already planning a return in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend escape!

Overall we had a wonderful time. The house is well appointed and comfortable. A couple of areas for improvement: 1) The house could use a very thorough cleaning of mouse droppings, including underneath pillows of furniture 2) the kitchen could be better appointed with good cutting knives, water glasses, and pots/pans. It was adequate but underwhelming 3) the master bath has no hooks on which to put any towels.

We arrived late so we really didn't see the full house. In the morning I awoke to the sun kissing my face and I looked out unto the patio I quickly jumped out of bed and made coffee and tea. I brought it outside on the deck and we sat and enjoyed the views and the quiet and the calm. The true beauty came at night we opened all the windows started a fire in the small pit that's outside and sat there underneath all the stars. The house was clean towels were clean rooms were clean. We really could not have asked for a better house to rest and relax in.
