Cozy Nook #7 Posted: Aug 27, 2025 The location of the unit is SUPERB!! Parking on the street can require some patience but loads of shopping and fine dining just steps away 10/10 for convenience!! There is only one ac unit and it does not circulate outside of the bedroom, luckily the temperatures dropped! The biggest downside to this stay was sleep :( The primary bed is very uncomfortable, we hope the owner purchases a solid bed frame and all new high quality mattress and box springs.

Cozy Nook is cute Posted: Aug 17, 2024 Cozy Nook is a charming little apartment in a great location. Super clean. Nice Living Room with ample seating. The kitchen is well appointed with a full sized fridge. Separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet and drawer space. Ceiling fan and mini-split too. Great location on Water St.that is a short walk to all things in Saugatuck. The bathroom is tiny but functional. (The shower-curtain rod needs the mounting plates tightened to the walls so it doesn’t droop.) All in all a great apartment for my purposes! Dan B Washington, DC

NC Visitor Posted: Aug 21, 2023 Perfect location for visiting Saugatuck. Only steps to everything in the village. Agency staff was prompt in solving an issue with the TV. Dishwasher was not operational. We had to hand wash the dishes we used. We would definitely book this unit if we return.
