Wonderful Stay Posted: Jul 2, 2023 We were so glad to be back again after a year away. Everything was as excellent as it has always been during our past visits. The home was immaculate as usual and feels like home. One small glitch with the smoke/co detector was fixed immediately and that was most appreciated. Thank you Ethan! This home will continue to be on our annual visit list even though we moved from Chicago to Colorado! Love it!

A gem of a cottage in a lovely lake town! Posted: May 4, 2023 Four Generations cottage was a fantastic location for our weekend getaway. This was our base for visiting the spring tulips of the area, but it would also make a wonderful lake vacation. (We are already making plans for the latter.) The cottage is within walking distance of central Saugatuck which is well stocked with great shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to a return visit!

Lovely with Perfect Location Posted: Jun 15, 2022 Even better than we expected. Beautiful remodeled cottage. Nicely finished. Perfectly clean. Easy check in. Nice balcony and screened in porch. Quiet, Residential neighborhood. Lots of trees and birds. Easy parking. Three block walk to Butler Street with Restaurants, Shops, the waterfront. We had one really cold, rainy day. Fireplace was east and cozy. Loved it and would rent it again!

The home is solidly built, beautiful, full of storage, lots of windows, and spotlessly clean. The location couldn't be better: literally a three minute walk down to the shops, restaurants, and the waterfront of Kalamazoo Lake.

Beautiful, well-stocked home Posted: Dec 4, 2020 This home had everything we needed for our stay. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked, it had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. Perfect, quiet location on the hill and just a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck. The fireplace provided cozy warmth during the chilly evenings. Overall the home was very clean and comfortable - will definitely stay here again. Would love to take advantage of the screened in porch during the warmer months!

Perfect for families! Posted: Jul 3, 2020 We loved staying at this vacation rental with our two boys (ages 4 and 5). It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s location in a quiet neighborhood that was just a few blocks from downtown and a great playground was perfect. We’d stay there again for sure.

Wonderful place to stay Posted: Jun 23, 2020 The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect as it is a 5 minute walk to town for shopping and dining. The rental agency was very helpful both before and during out stay. I would recommend the house for couples or a girls/sisters stay!

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely rent it again the next time I come to Saugatuck.

Great stay in Saugatuck Posted: Sep 13, 2018 My husband and I spent 2 nights at Four Generations cottage in Saugatuck and were very pleased with the accommodations. The cottage was beautiful and very centrally located to town, just a couple of blocks walking distance to Butler Street, the main shopping area in town. The home was well appointed and had everything for a quiet, comfortable stay. The screened porch was great for morning coffee and the gas fireplace took off the chill in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the combination kitchen/greatroom was homey and inviting. I would highly recommend Four Generations cottage for your next stay in Saugatuck, we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
