A delightful weekend getaway: thank you! Posted: Jan 7, 2024 We had such a wonderful time during our weekend getaway at Lucky Lucy. It was the perfect size space and ideal location for all of our Saugatuck area adventures! Everything was so clean, renovated, cozy, and ideal. We especially loved the hot tub. We used it each night. The second night it was flurrying, so it was such a fun experience being cozy and warm in the water with the cold snow showering down on us. Thanks for making this much needed getaway possible! We also appreciated the clear and concise instructions for our stay. Thanks for the clarity! All this to say, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our weekend retreat than Lucky Lucy! We are already imagining the next time we can return. Thanks again and Happy New Year!

Terrific place to vacation Posted: Oct 27, 2023 This studio was a great experience. Close to pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Only minor complaint was Our hot tub didn’t work, it wouldn’t heat above 85degrees. Hopefully it is fixed for the next guest

Loved the Lucky Lucy! Posted: Oct 6, 2023 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Lucy. It was decorated and furnished nicely. Bedding, pillows and linens were great. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. It is a short 10 minute-ish walk to get to restaurants and shopping. The only thing I would change would be the bed as it is a bit uncomfortable and dips in the middle but that would not deter me from coming back. Overall and great place and Saugatuck is amazing!

Comfy cottage and great location Posted: Aug 25, 2023 We enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Lucy cottage. It was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a few steps from town but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little tight, there was a reserved spot, but 3 big SUVs in the driveway made access somewhat difficult. The table and chairs out front had a great view of a Ford Explorer fender.

Cozy and convenient Posted: Oct 10, 2021 My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Lucky Lucy! The apartment had all the amenities we wanted. The refrigerator was a real convenience and, although we didn't use the stove, it was good to know it was there if we chose to use it. I particularly like that it was walking distance to downtown. I got my husband to walk to dinner a couple of times, and he doesn't walk anywhere at home! The only "thumbs down" is having the bed shoved against the wall. I understand that the layout of the apartment requires it, but it made it very inconvenient for one partner (namely, ME) to get in and out of bed. Thank you. Fall Getaway in Saugatuck Posted: Oct 7, 2020 My boyfriend and I had a little getaway to Saugatuck and booked Lucky Lucy. We could not have been MORE pleased with the cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people - even though it's a smaller space, I was especially impressed with the couch/living area. We spent some time each night watching movies and it was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom was stocked with more than enough towels, and the hot tub outside was another very cool thing we enjoyed as well. Great place!

Studio close to town Posted: Aug 17, 2020 Walking into this studio I was impressed at the clean nouveau country style. There’s a queen sized memory bed and a pull out couch. Of the two, the couch was the most comfortable. The kitchen came with all the necessities. The bathroom was a fair size. All was newer and clean. The only downside is no sample soap. I’m glad I had brought a full-sized bar but an extra soap bar would have been nice for the sink. It was definitely centrally located to where we were headed and walking downtown was a breeze.

Lucky Lucy is Truly Lovely Posted: Jul 8, 2019 Great location for easy walk into town or access to the bike trail. Studio layout that is brand-new and beautifully furnished. The queen-size bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The only things missing were a dresser and a closet but if you're living out of a suitcase, they can be overlooked. We would stay here again.
