Cousins Weekend Posted: Oct 21, 2023 The house was just darling. Every room was just perfect. Beds very comfy. So very clean. It was a cool weekend and we really enjoyed the fireplace. Unfortunately it was just too rainy to enjoy the screened in porch and hot tub. We absolutely plan on coming back.

Perfect for a Family Vacation Posted: Jul 19, 2023 We stayed at the Farmhouse for the 4th of July week and it was a BLAST! The home is central to downtown, restaurants, shops, the park, etc. At any given time, there were around 7 of us staying in the farmhouse- it was so spacious and comfortable that we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We spent a lot of time out on the covered porch (yay, no mosquito bites!) playing games and visiting. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious, and central spot to stay while visiting Saugatuck!

Farm house Posted: Mar 24, 2023 Love the Farmhouse, we try and come every year with a group. The team is always super responsive if we have any issues. Wonderful layout of the house, the beds are comfortable and the HOT TUB is the best part! We will be back!

Farm House Charm Posted: Aug 22, 2022 We enjoyed our stay with family at Saugatuck farmhouse. Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. It is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for our family. We had one concern and the response was prompt and professionally handled. We would definitely stay with Ethan's properties again if in the area.

Perfect Place Posted: Jul 2, 2022 Three couples stayed for a 40th birthday celebration. Perfect place for us. Walking distance to retail area and river access. Short distance to Lake Michigan. Music in the park with DORA (social outdoor drinking area). Dune buggy ride three minutes away by car. Walked to dinner and drinks every night and had night caps on the screened in porch. Hot tub fits four comfortable and six if you are ok with legs touching. Place was clean and lots of towels. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is nicer than the pictures show (which is almost never the case). House is old, but lives new with a great remodel throughout. Love this place and recommend. Well worth the price. Saugatuk is a little gem and this house is wonderful.

Fun stay! Posted: Aug 4, 2021 My family and friends enjoyed this farmhouse very much. The perfect space for our needs. We used the kitchen for most of the meals but were only a ten minute walk from food establishments and shopping. The screened-in porch was a fabulous place to hang out. The billiards table was a bonus.

We were within walking distance to most everything. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping. The house was well maintained and landscaped beautifully. The hot tub was an extra bonus. We would definitely return.

Perfect getaway Posted: Dec 21, 2020 This house lives up to everything you see. We were celebrating Christmas with our family. Wonderful hot tub, fireplace, and pool table. We even woke up to snow! I would love to stay here when the weather is warmer.

Girls weekend Posted: Aug 2, 2019 We had a great stay in the farmhouse, it was roomy enough for all of us and clean. We really enjoyed the screened porch, that is where we were most of our stay visiting with each other. This home has been updated beautifully and is very accommodating for get togethers. I would highly recommend it!
