Loved this place Posted: Apr 12, 2023 Newly-constructed, beautifully decorated and the perfect location for us, right on the water and in town. Our teenagers enjoyed walking to their favorite coffee shops and stores. You have a water view out of about every window, and the property is very close to the water's edge. We will definitely come back!

Best Location in Saugatuck Posted: Sep 29, 2022 This was our second visit to Mermaid Cove, and found it to be as charming as ever. The house itself is lovely, and the owners do a fantastic job of seasonal decorations. The real star is being right at water's edge on Kalamazoo Lake, with fantastic views of sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful Winter Getaway Posted: Dec 21, 2021 We were thrilled with this lovely home, and so appreciated that it was fully decorated for Christmas! Each room acknowledged the holiday, and the tree in front even had lights on it. Such a great location: we didn't use the car at all! Walked all over Saugatuck and Douglas (including the grocery).

Wonderful Saugatuck Getaway! Posted: Jul 31, 2020 I've stayed at different condos in this complex in past years, but this is by far my favorite. Mermaid Cove has such a cozy and welcoming vibe - and love the location (perfect for watching sunsets!). My twins and I had a wonderful time, and would definitely return!!

fall weekend in Saugatuck Posted: Nov 22, 2019 Mermaid Cove was a great home base for a weekend away from Chicago. The house was warm and had everything we could need- a well stocked kitchen was very helpful. We used the living room fire place all weekend- easy and toasty! Seeing the sunrise and the sunsets from the house and the porch were a treat each day. We had a few issues with the front door not locking, and the door in the middle guest room not able to shut (due to the furniture placement), but nothing that would prevent us from recommending Mermaid Cove, and coming back- thank you, Ethan, for being responsive when we had questions.
