We spent two nights at the Cannery Cabin and it was perfect for the two of us (and our pup, cabin is pet-friendly!). The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay including a full kitchen. We were very warm and cozy despite the fall weather, and really enjoyed being able to wake up and take a stroll to the beach across the way. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to spend a peaceful few days in Haines!

I stayed at the cannery Cabin and absolutely loved it. Sitting in the easy chairs looking out at the bay is pretty amazing with a cup of coffee or an adult beverage. Easy walk over to the cannery to watch them unload tenders and process the fish. The retail shop next to the cannery has tasty seafood for sale as well as neat souvenirs. Will definitely come back for another stay. thanks for everything

Cannery Cabin is a well equipped and comfortable place to rest facing the Cannery across the little bay. Very nice place indeed.

Two-bedroom "cabin" just minutes from downtown Haines, with stunning views of Letnikof Cove and the Chilkat Mountain range. This is hardly a cabin; newly constructed, there was AC in both bedrooms and mattress topper so thick you could lose a Dachshund in it. A nice sitting area inside to stare out over the evening waters. The sounds of wildlife and the packing plant winding down after a day of work, appreciating the universe and all its bewildering beauty. This is not a cabin. This is a hotel room in the middle of a perfect Alaskan setting. For anyone looking for a home base for adventure or tourism in one of Alaska's hidden gems this "cabin" offers the luxury comforts of home while maintaining the ability to fulfill your wildest Alaskan dreams. Be sure to stop by the Cannery for an authentic look at a real Alaskan seafood processing plant with some of the best jarred smoked salmon money can buy. If they sold by the pallet I would buy.
