Great location and beautiful space Posted: Jul 22, 2024 The house is done very tastefully. It’s ranch style so the bunkroom is right when you walk in w/ pocket doors & the other 3 bedrooms are in the back. The en suite for the master is pretty tiny. Would have been great to have some shelving above the toilet bc there is literally no where to set your stuff down in there. We enjoyed the hot tub, the cover is breaking apart though and needs to be replaced. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage & that hang out area. Nice when kids go to bed since everyone is on one floor. Note to renters- no beach supplies are in the air bnb. Having said all of this, I won’t be coming back because of the posted sign about being evicted with no further warning if there was noise past 10pm. We felt like we couldn’t relax in the hot tub at night for fear of being too loud just talking. surrounding neighbors have lots of signs up indicating they don’t like Airbnb’ers, so that produced stress rather than relaxing

Excellent girls weekend! Posted: Sep 9, 2022 This was the perfect house and location for a girls get away. The house was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. It was a quick walk downtown to all the stores and restaurants. At the end of the day it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub. Highly recommend a stay here!

Posted: Oct 4, 2021 We had problem with the garbage disposal side of the kitchen sink not draining. We called the appropriate number, left a message and someone came out later that day to fix the problem. I was impressed with the response.

Easy reservation and good clean space Posted: Aug 27, 2021 The cottage was very clean, had lots of towels, and some supplies to start. This was my first Airbnb reservation and I was pleasantly surprised.

Main stay cottage Posted: Apr 5, 2021 Ethan’s ranch home was the perfect relaxing family getaway. Decor was simple and thoughtful. Bathrooms were clean, and I was pleasantly surprised how the well stocked towels. You must read the laminated rules of Ethan’s home on day one or before arrival. It’ll be nice to return next year knowing his place will remain well maintained. We liked the hammock, hot tub, covered fire pit, and public tennis and basketball hoops in the back.
