My stay

The Chalet was well maintained and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The only thing that I am not happy about is I have not received my security deposit yet I have called three times this week and no response is there a issue with something. I vacuumed and cleaned up the whole house. I have not been contacted by anyone yet it has been almost two weeks since I left. I received my security deposit last time I stayed there right after I left. I planned on booking this again next outage. I would rate the stay a 5 but not returning calls is not what I would expect from a business and would rate that a 1.

Appreciate the added touches, please fix sliding door and toilet!

We noticed and appreciated improvements such as being provided dish soap, a sponge and paper towels. We also appreciated the cleaning supplies that were provided. The sliding glass door in Chalet #64 is very difficult to open and close and has been for years, which is frustrating. Also, our toilet was not reliable - the person who fixed it once said the plumbing needs to be reconfigured. I hope that is taken care of before next year. We had to use a toilet in another cabin, which was frustrating. The grounds seem to be in good shape. Thanks for the effort that has gone into the improvements being made!
