I didn't enjoy my stay

My stay wasn't enjoyable. Me and my kids were lock out more than I can say and the Customers Service Rep was rude it was almost a challenge to ask a question, I was told that it was a Private and they had to make a call. My thing is if the Property was Privately Owned then they should at least try to make the client comfortable. So I doubt that I would use the service again.

Everything was great except for the sofa. It's like it is worn out making it very uncomfortable to sit on.

Was great until Hurricane hit and then had to scrabble for a place in Clearwater. Not much to choose from. Big letdown in Clearwater. Hope to save up for next year.
