The condo was clean and carefully furnished for comfort. It was very close to looking like our own home, but with an ocean facing the balcony. The building was quiet and beautifully maintained. There is plenty of above-ground parking and absolutely no one bothered us about anything during our stay. The owner was always available to answer any questions, although we didn’t have to ask very many.

We loved this condo. Perfect location. Had all the comforts of home and very spacious. The view was great. We plan on returning again in the future.

We love the Sherwin! It is always quiet and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub are the cleanest in town! The weather was perfect and the tide was high! We would not change a thing about our Vaca. The Sherwin is close to all our favorite places to dine and shop. Daytona Beach is the bomb. My family has vacationed at Daytona Beach for my entire life. We love to drive on the beach! Our room was a short walk up the steps and we seldom took the elevator. The parking was very convenient and spacious. We have been staying at the Sherwin off and on for the past 10 years and hope to stay there many more. Our 30th anniversary is in 2019. Guess where we would like to stay!

I have stayed at Peck Plaza a couple of times....and it is awesome! But The Sherwin was truly, truly awesome! We will be back on our next trip to Daytona! Thank you Cindy for all you do!!!! We would recommend The Sherwin to anyone! Accommodations were great and the building is beautiful and well maintained!

My stay was great but after I left the condo manager, Joe Gutzma, accused me of stealing the cable box and cancelled my next year's reservation. I had rented a DVR server from Brighthouse and returned it the day before I left. Because I didn't know how to hook the cables back up to the TV, I left them on the shelf below the TV. I had no cable box , only 2 digital adapters-one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. They were both there when I left on the 1st of April.

Other than the Cable TV not working (Netflix worked fine) and unable to get weather and news, this is a great place to stay and play. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at the Sherwin many times and always enjoy it. This is the first time I have worked with Cindy and she was wonderful. She is organized, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, professional and when I needed something done in the condo, she came immediately. Her husband Joe was just as easy to work with. It was a perfect experience. I look forward to working with Cindy again.
