The Blu Palm sleeps up to 9 in this 4 bedroom home nestled inside a gated-private community of Frangista Beach in Destin.
What we like best about this one is that it feels like a home and not just a rental. The bedrooms are very large, great closet space, and the open floor plan on the main living room area allows for every member of your family to sprawl out and grab a space of their own!
1st Floor:
-Large flat screen TV, DVD library, Blu Ray DVD and there is free WIFI throughout the house.
-Sofa set and chairs for seating, a dining area that seats 6, breakfast Bar seats 4 with the bar stools.
-Gourmet granite style kitchen with stocked cabinets for you to cook! Coffee pot, blender, microwave, etc.
-King bedroom with TV and shared hallway bathroom
-Laundry room
-Patio with seating and a new gas grill
The Patio:
-Private courtyard fenced in and seating, along with the new grill. A great area for kids to play!
2nd Floor: Walk upstairs to the bedrooms.
-Master bedroom (King Ensuite with Jet Tub) with private balcony and seating, TV, Blu Ray DVD. Master bathroom and jetted tub with separate shower.
-Second king bedroom with TV and shared bathroom, but they have their own sinks.
-The third guest bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed (this bedroom shares the bathroom with the second king bedroom). The bathroom shared has its own vanity sink area which is separate from the shared bath. No Tv here.
Ready for a dip in the pool? We have two amazing pools with outside lounge chairs, some tables set up with umbrella shades, plus a restroom. Guests visiting can just soak up the sun and tan!
The Blu Palm will comfortably sleep 9, it's located in a fantastic location for privacy, plus you'll be staying in the heart of Frangista Beach!
This upscale gated community is located on the east side of Holiday Road in Miramar Beach near the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Frangista Beach. The central location is close to the all the amenities of Destin, Miramar Beach and South Walton’s Scenic Highway 30A with an abundant choice of diversions. Frangista Beach is just seconds from outlet shopping, plenty of restaurants, ice cream and candy parlors for the kids, arcades, mini-golf and more!
