Great place to stay- love the Sherwin

I worked with Cindy Grutza for this trip. I have rented from Cindy previously. They are very easy to correspond with. They respond quickly. I found her and her husband Joe to be helpful, welcoming, kind and offered a beautifully decorated condo in the Sherwin building facing the ocean. They are extremely cordial folks. The pictures you see on the internet are exactly what the condo looks like. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that is very useful. All appliances were in perfect working order. I have stayed in the Sherwin Building for years and I find it to be a very nice building. It is totally secure so I always feel safe. My only suggestion would be that I found the kitchen baking supplies to be a bit scant. For me, I needed an 8x8 baking dish, a few additional containers to hold left-overs for the refrig. I just went out and purchased some disposable containers. I would recommend working with Cindy and Joe without reservation. A very positive experience.

Cindy and Joe are excellent hosts. Their properties are very clean and well furnished. Cindy is wonderful to deal with, always accessible, and a wonderful person. I would highly recommend dealing Cindy and Joe. The Sherwin condos is one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure of staying at .

We just returned from our 2 week trip to Daytona. We have stayed at the Sherwin for several years. From day one Cindy has been a fantastic person to work with. She made sure our booking was correct to meet our request and a great person to work with. Unit 906 is very well decorated, clean and the views great. We have already booked our trip next July through Cindy and looking forward to returning.

We took our first ever 2 week vacation and stayed at 906 in The Sherwin. The building is beautiful and quiet. The grounds were very well-maintained. Ms. Jackie, the building manager, was very friendly and super helpful. 906 is a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit. It has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is gigantic with lots of counter space. My only recommendation would be to have plates, bowls and cups that are not so fancy and bulky; maybe think about getting a set of Corelle. The only other negative is that our phone chargers and hair dryer kept falling out of the plug ins. It might be time to consider replacing the plug ins since the contacts are loose and don't hold. Overall, 906 at The Sherwin is a great place to spend 2 weeks at the beach. Working with the owner, Cindy, was a breeze. She was very prompt in responding and always friendly. Next summer we'll be going to Disney, but plan to come back in 2020 and will definitely contact Cindy again.

We are excited to return to the Sherwin in Summer 2017 after the great experience had in 2016. The accommodations were above average as was the friendly staff. The resort offers all that you need including a nice workout facility. Counting the days!!!
