Great views and location, good size for a family, but some updates needed.

Great location, beautiful sunset views right out the porch door. On the first floor so easy access.Had quite a few toys for kids, two boogie boards, some snorkeling equipment and a cooler to use at the beach and a few chairs as well as grass mats. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware, though the frying pans are quite used and getting harder to clean.
Needs some electrical updates for overhead fans. It is dangerous to have to unplug them from the outlet to start and stop them. A paint refresher would make it look nicer as it does look quite old inside. Bedrooms are a good size, but the beds are not comfortable. Could use some new pillows, the ones there are quite old, flat and discolored. They could use a new blender (the one there doesn’t start or stop unless you plug and unplug it each time) and could use a can opener that actually works.
It says to take your shoes off, but if you do the floor is quite dirty and your feet get black. So could use a good cleaning.
