We have been renting room 2421 for a few years now going through bookerville and our experience is always phenomenal. They people working for like Brian are phenomenal and so easy o work with. Would recommend to everyone.

We have stayed at ocean walk for years and this is definitely one of our favorite condos. We will definitely try to get this room going forward. Super quiet and very updated.

We have been staying there for the last three or four years now and the room is great and Bookerville is great to work with. I can not say enough about them and I will continue to use them.

This was our second time staying in Ocean Walk 2421, and it did not disappoint! Very clean, updated condo, great oversized balcony, with an amazing view, will definitely stay again next year!

We have been staying in this room for three years now and will continue. There are a few minor repairs that need to be done or replaced but a perfect room to stay in with family and friends. Would recommend to all friends, my daughter is now using Bookerville as well for her vacation.

Everything was great, our room even had beer, pop, popsicles, and detergent. Everything was clean. We also apprecieated the fact that it had a small size cooler, and sand buckets for kids to enjoy. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was on the 24th floor so it had an amazing view! The 2 person Jacuzzi tub in the master suite was awesome to hop into after a day of swimming. We brought my mother in law and we all had plenty of privacy as the living room separates the bedrooms. We didn't rent a car or anything the whole stay as tons of restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk are all within a very short walk! Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay. Room well decorated, comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and all the elagence of a deluxe upscale stay. Awesome coordinators Brian and denise. They do an excellent job for us. Wouldn't use any other lodging. My vacation stays will forever be coordinated with Brian and Denise. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

The unit was perfect! It was clean just like home. Furniture and amenities were great. Access to pool, bar and recereation was great. The unit even had accessories for water play that we could use. 3 big screen TVs for entertainment and great views of the ocean. At check-in there was some minor damage I attributed mostly to use/wear and tear (closet door knob missing, toilet paper roll dispenser detached, stains, ice maker not working, etc.) and damage from previous tenants that I noted and informed management about. Management was super cool. The only downside is the allotment of only one parking space per unit regardless of the size of the bedroom size of the unit. I’ve stayed at Ocean Walk the past 7 years for its walk-out convenience and access.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. There were only a couple issues with the room that I'm sure you will want to take care of. The screen door in the master bedroom was off track, so it couldn't be used. Both of the bedroom closets fell off track every time you open or closed the doors. The master bathroom sink, the one on the right side, drains very slow. The washer and dryer is off balance somewhere in the legs of the washer. It wobbles back and forth quite a bit. Some of the furniture was dirty. I assume it was due to some young spring breakers, since that is what we heard was the reason for many other things at Ocean Walk. The only other thing that was irritating was that when we checked in, we had to wait in line for over an hour. The line went from the check in counter, all the way back to the eatery. I don't understand why more representatives weren't working to accommodate such a busy week. Everybody has a check in at 4:00, so everybody was in line at once.
