The condo was a very nice place for the two of us on our trip. The registration staff were very helpful and the 5th floor location is optimal for getting from the parking garage to the room without waiting for the elevators. The resort during our time was fully booked so trying to get pool lounge chairs was a never ending nightmare with a mad scramble to get towels placed before 8:00 am. While this has nothing to do with the quality of the room review, it is part of the resort and needs to be addressed. Lots of drama poolside as security had to be called almost daily with disputes over holding lounge chairs, became a daily grind. The mechanicals for the condo were in perfect order (AC, showers, dishwasher etc.). The TV in the bedroom was missing the Vizio factory remote and was stuck in TV Store demo mode that was very annoying trying to watch TV in the bedroom. Other than that, the condo was well kept and surprisingly quiet (insulated from noise) from the other tenants.

We have been staying in one of Cindy’s units for many years now. We have always had a excellent stay. This year we had a minor issue that needs to be looked into. The new bed frames are way too big for the mattress. My daughter banged into them several times and the corners are very sharp. It is something that should really be addressed. Other than that everything was great. We really appreciate y’all having us over the years. Thank you very much!

The unit was comfortable but there is some repairs that are needed mostly cosmetic. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. It could not of been better. The resort offers so many amenities I will never stay anywhere else in Daytona Beach.

We had the best time here! The view from this unit is amazing!!!! The balcony needs furniture as it only has 2 chairs and the kitchen needs more dishes and toaster. The beds were great and so was the sofa (easy to extend to a bed and back to sofa). I would come to this exact place again. :)

Cindy made booking an ocean breeze. Arrived at 4 and checking in was fast and efficient. The unit was clean, no noticeable smell from cheating smokers! It was sufficiently supplied with paper supplies and ample linen. Could have used more dish machine detergent. (only found 1 pak), but it worked, we just piled everything in until leave day. The O Walk had great amenities. The shopping and food area net door was convenient. I have mobility issues and we were able to park near the entrance in the deck and a shot distance to the unit. We are a retired couple and had a wonderful time. Nice for families. Everything was so close, we rarely left the property except for grocery and sight-seeing. Everything we needed was within walking distance! Overall, a terrific value in an excellent venue. Would stay again!

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out everything was exactly what was promised. Easy and conveniently done. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I especially liked the process of handing out parking passes if you got there early. It allowed you to park and have lunch or go to the beach until your condo is ready. Very nice added touch. And parking is included in the price. Which is also very convenient because you can park on the level your condo is on. We had a one minute walk from our condo to our vehicle. Ocean walk shops are very accessible from the 4th floor. Barely need to go outside to get to restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and ready with a huge bedroom and bathroom and comfortable living and kitchen area. It was everything we hoped for and we will definitely be going back next year. I called Cindy Grutza to tellher about things broke down , and falling apart. I was told not to come back. I thought she would want to know so it could be fixed for the next person. I WAS WRONG. My stay was very uncomfortable. My phone number is 859 806 5797 I will be glad to talk to anyone that calls. I had to call last year we stayed in 507 The screen was ripped on the patio door You couldn't use it. Lights were out in the bathroom. Ice maker would nit work. With the money we pay. Things should be right.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time here at Wyndham! The views were great, lots of stuff to keep the kids busy, and loved having the option of kid pool and adult pool after splashing in the ocean. The band shell was fun listening to at night along with watching fireworks right from our balcony! In regards to the condo itself, it has been well kept and cleaned. I highly recommend replacing the mattresses as they are sagging in the middle and we were under the impression there was at least one queen size so fitting our 2 kids and 2 adults on 2 full size beds was tough but we managed. The appliances were brand new so that was a plus as we did a lot of cooking. Could have used more cooking pots, utensils, etc but again we managed. We would definitely rebook here again!

We had a great stay, the only problem was that my beach bag was stolen from under the umbrellas and chairs that we rented on the beach. (Cell phone and fitbit etc.) the security on the beach needs some attention but all in all the experience in the ocean walk was great. The room was great. Thank you!

This unit was much better equipped than others I've rented here. Thanks for the mop and broom! A maintenance problem was resolved very quickly. The unit has a great ocean view and I would recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful time in Daytona. For over two years we rented a condo in Ocean Walk resort thru Cindy, the place always is so clean and very comfortable, we really love it. I'll recommend to my friends to go there. Thank you for give us such a great place to stay. :-)

We loved renting from Cindy! She was so kind and helpful to any questions or concerns I had. Our unit was exactly as it was presented in the photos on the website. We were very pleased and really enjoyed not only our unit, but Ocean Walk Resort as a whole was wonderful! We can't wait to rent from Cindy again next year!
