We had an amazing time on vacation. This unit was beautiful and spacious with lots of room to spread out and have our own space with plenty of space for family time too. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are awesome! I highly recommend booking with Cindy and Unit 1023!

We’ve stayed at Ocean Walk in various units for the last 15 years. This 3 bedroom (1023) was by far the most well equipped, with lots of silverware, glassware & dishes. We had 6 adults and 3 children. There were just minor complaints - a 4 slice toaster instead of a 2 slice would be much better for a condo that sleeps that many, there were no pot holders in the kitchen, also no whisk, and lastly the guest bath shower curtain was really dirty and in need of replacement. We did enjoy our stay there very much and would stay again. Thanks!

We had an amazing week in Unit 1023. This unit is close to the elevator which is very convenient and we generally didn’t have to wait very long for the elevators. I was a little concerned with 25 floors. The unit was very quiet even though there was a lot of activity and noise by the pools and on the street below. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for the week. I would definitely stay here again when we’re in Daytona.

Came in for a beach trip for the race and to spend some time with family from out of town. Everything was great, except the weather. But we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. The condo was perfect and the resort staff were super friendly.

My family and I were very picky about choosing a location that had plenty of amenities for the 3 little ones. We could not have chosen a better place! There was actually so much to do within our resort that we didn't get to at least half of it! The room was nice and fit our family well, the pools were wonderful, and the beach was not overly crowded. We will be booking at this location again.

Fantastic place to stay for the Rockville Festival at the Speedway. Ten minutes away from the venue, and in between shows, hanging at the pool, or taking in the view from the 10th floor balcony. Will definitely book again.

Ratan furniture was extremely uncomfortable!! Did all of our tv watching from the bed! Unit was beautiful otherwise!! Breathtaking view!!!!!

The Sherwin is always a well maintained facility. We have stayed there multiple times over the past 10 years. Twice in 2018. We were prepared for the balcony closures this past stay in July. However we were unaware that 1/2 the parking on the top deck would be closed due to construction. This created some what of a problem during our stay. We do enjoy Daytona Beach area for our vacation every year. We are creatures of habit. Look forward to our next visit. The living room furniture in PH4 is worn out and outdated. Everything else was nice and comfortable.

Our three month stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo was very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower strong and the view AMAZING!!! There were no surprises...PH4 was exactly what we were expecting and it delivered. The condo building and grounds were kept impeccably clean as well. The location of the Sherwin was absolutely perfect, close to all amenities. We are still active and Daytona Beach Shores offers a variety of activities at no extra charge. The community centre offers free intro to pickle ball (rackets you can borrow) shuffleboard, bocce and tennis. DBS is very clean and we felt very safe venturing out in the evening. Cindy and Joe were very helpful when we required their assistance. We would not hesitate in staying in PH4 again or recommending this location. Thank you for making our first winter away from home feel like we were at home.

2nd time staying at the Sherwin using Cindi as my property agent. Last minute trip and Cindi was great working with me to find a 2 bedroom unit. I was not expecting to have such an amazing view, breathtaking is the correct word. Love staying at the Sherwin as all the permanent residents are very friendly. Condo was very clean and had all the necessary needs for a great stay. This makes my 3rd time with Joe and Cindi as my vacation agent. Take my advice they are on top of things and just a phone call away if needed.

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at Ocean Walk Unit 709. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for a clean, pleasant, reasonably priced unit within a beautiful resort facility. The pool area at Ocean Walk is lovely, with many amenities for people of all ages. The accessibility to beautiful Daytona Beach and nearby attractions is excellent. Very high on our list of the things we appreciated relative to our stay at Ocean Walk Unit 709 is the outstanding service we received from the rental manager, Cindy Grutza. If we plan another stay on Daytona Beach, Cindy will definitely be the first person we contact to help us make arrangements for a place to stay.

I have stayed here for years and this was the first time renting a 1 bedroom, unit 709. As in the past, it was a nice unit. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The unit was clean upon arrival. The bathroom had a nicely updated vanity. The kitchen was slightly outdated, but everything worked fine and it was stocked well. I look forward to returning here again next year as we love staying here. The amenities are wonderful and the view is amazing!

It was a nice stay but the staff voiced concerns about how things like pool chairs are not being replaced if broken There's a feeling all $$ to Clearwater resort What ever that meant It was a great stay but it's not the exclusive resort it was 4-5 yrs ago But it's close and clean / Great breakfast cafe and kids dj ( Ryan) was great at pool fri and sat nite Really cool to see the kids dancing and swimming We'll be back

Really loved our stay. Resort was beautiful and great location. Complaints are no room for food - had to rearrange cabinets, no blankets for the pull out sofa amd no luggage racks.

We always enjoy staying at Ocean Walk. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The ammenities are excellent and there is so much to do. Did not like the new pool chairs at the south tower pool. They are too hard.
