This place was awesome. The room was clean and everything we had hoped for. The view was perfect. It was a great place to celebrate our son's graduation with plenty to do. The boys made great memories. I want to thank our host for going above for everything she did. I would love to stay here again. Thanks Ms. Cindy you are the best.

The unit was as presented and accommodations were in a good part of beach with plenty to walk to and see. Outside furniture needs update and are could use a good cleaning. Chairs were cracked and lots of mold.

Cindy was very accommodating during my stay and the condo is as advertised, nicely equipped and clean. I had to change my check in date last minute and she was able to switch condos for me so I didn’t have to get a hotel for one night as I came in a day early. Booking is very easy and she answered any questions I had. This is my second time booking through her and the rates are great! The condo is clean and has some updated furniture, it could use some new countertops but overall it is a very nice unit. The view is amazing, you overlook the resort pools and lazy river and have a panoramic view of the ocean, boardwalk, pier etc. Ocean Walk location is great and close to food, drinks, fun, shopping and the pier. My only dislike is that the beds are a little hard for my liking but I could deal with it. I will be booking again when going to Daytona Beach!

We had an awesome Fall break with our grandson at Ocean Walk . Our room was perfect for our getaway . So many family friendly activities, great swimming pools , and lazy river such a plus . Not to mention the beautiful beach and view . Would highly recommend staying at Ocean Walk !

We loved the accommodations! Room was clean, loved having a kitchen and the balcony looking out to the ocean was fabulous! Great gym, pools, hot tubs and access to the beach. Great little getaway for us. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect! Very clean, the resort is gorgeous and has everything you need! Would highly recommend staying here! Our girls ages 5 & 8 had a blast and enjoyed all the pools, lazy river and splash area! You can’t go wrong with this condo! We will be back again in the future!

The condo is very clean, well appointed with the necessary items for a short stay.. just bring your clothes and some food for the kitchen. The place is located on the 13th floor, so it is quiet with an amazing view. Nice elevators, private parking garage, overall, this place is immaculate..

I have to say our trip to Daytona was great. The unit we were in was awesome. It had a great view of the ocean and the water park, perfect fit for our family. The pull out coach was a little uncomfortable. The unit was great and we would for sure stay there again. We loved all the things that the resort had to offer, and loved to walk on the beach. We also liked how we felt safe staying here with security around.

I love this resort. My unit was in a perfect location. The unit was modern and up-to-date. I would have liked to have had more than 3 towels for the bathroom, but with the washer/dryer we managed. I would most definitely rent this unit again.

The unit was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. The view of this unit was amazing. The beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, with a nice water pressure, hot water and cool A/C. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable and next time it would be easier to bring an air mattress. The resort had incredible ammenities for our family (we had two small children). Overall our experience was very positive and we look forward to coming back and hopefully renting this same unit.

The amenities were lovely and we really loved that small children had their own area. The location was great, too, being close to the downtown attractions and being able to walk to so many places. However, the check-in process was utter chaos and it took us over 3 hours just to get our key cards. That process needs cleaned up!! Parking was tight and we spent a couple of nights parking in the parking garage across the street. We didn't mind, but feel that should have been explained from the beginning so when it happened it was not so confusing. Really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Ocean Walk for the last 10 years. Cindy Grutza has always been a pleasure to work with and there is no better hotel in the Daytona area then Ocean Walk. We will continue to stay with Cindy at Ocean Walk for years to come.

I HAD RENTED ROOM 2328 FOR JUNE 12TH - JUNE 20TH, ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED UNTIL AFTER CALLING CINDY AND SITTING IN HALLWAY TILL 530 PM ON THAT NIGHT, NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING, I HAD ROOM 1107 FOR JUNE 12TH, AND MOVING TO ROOM 1302 FOR THE 13TH- 20TH, ON JUNE 12TH, CINDY SENT AN EMAIL STATING TO STAY IN ROOM 1107 UNTIL 11 AND MOVE OUT AND THE OTHER ROOM WOULD BE READY AND SHE WOULD NOTIFY ME, ON THE 13TH, MAID SERVICE CAME AT 930 TO CLEAN THE ROOM, I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT SHE HAD TOLD ME, THINKING THEY WERE AT THE WRONG ROOM, I TEXT CINDY AND SHE SAID, PACK UP AND MOVE EVERYTHING TO YOUR CAR OR SIT IN THE LOBBY, I CALLED TO CHECK WITH HER AND SHE WAS VERY MAD AND RUDE ON THE PHONE, TOLD ME I HAD NO RIGHT TO TELL THE CLEANING CREW WHAT TO DO, I EXPLAINED TO HER I ONLY TOLD THEM WHAT SHE TOLD ME, STAY TILL 11 AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE AT THE WRONG ROOM, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN THE OTHER ROOM I PAID FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE, THOUGHT IT WAS A MISTAKE, SHE HUNG UP ON ME, SAID I COULD WAI

Wonderful unit at a great building. The pools were awesome, activities and of course tge beach! Walking distance to the pier, amusements and the awesome old school arcade! Loved having the washing machine/dryer in the unit! The owner was awesome, very easy to do business with and the staff at Ocean Walk was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this unit! It had everything you need!

This unit was very clean Awesome View of the ocean nice amenities, nice appliances. Ocean Walk Resort is by far the nicest place on Daytona Beach. No need to drive anywhere so you can leave the vehicle in the parking garage. This place is perfect for families.
