I have been coming here for the last 17 years and every year gets better. I rent my room through Cindy Grutza. Daytona Ocean Rentals check it out! Its nice to to see exactly what room your going to have ahead of time with no surprises. Rooms are clean spacious and top of the line you wont be disappointed.

This unit was very clean but dated, the condo has everything you need Conveniently located. The resort has 2 pools, kiddie area, lazy river and two hot tubs. Perfect view of the ocean.

The room was clean and stocked as described in the welcome letter. The view from the balcony is great. The staff are all friendly and the facility is well kept. My only comment to the downside is that the bedroom is close to the elevators and there is a lot of mechanical noise when they operate.

Hotel is perfect for kids. There was a few issues but Cindy fixed them asap and was helpful. This was our 10th yr renting and we'll be back.

We would return. Great view (although balcony walls on sides are only partial, so not as private as hoped-cig smoke, conversations, visuals of other guests), comfy beds, great pools/lazy river. Food/drink onsite are ridicilously priced, but attached shoppes have reasonable prices. Communication was an issue checkin day, as we did not receive 2 of 3 Bookerville emails that were supposed to send (giving us the instructions to go to the parking attendant, who had our name on a list, and checkin at the south tower desk for keys). Much stress could be reduced if these instructions were sent with the final payment due weeks ahead of time. I don't know a good reason why they are not. Host was unreachable for 6 hours day of checkin, even after checkin time. We have had speedy comm with this host for other properties, and had good comm other days on this property, so it was hopefully an isolated incident.

Everything was great!!! Cannot get enough of this place. Love the room not to mention the view and all the surrounding pools and activities. Don't need a vehicle because everything is within walking distance. Will be back next year.

Everything went smoothly just wish we could have had the wrist bands for room key instead of an actual room key card. We were told only people going directly through hotel were able to have those.

Our stay in this condo was great. Everything we needed was readily available. Wish there was blackout curtains on the slider and the bedroom window. Otherwise a great stay.

Good thing about booking through VRBO is there were no hawks standing in the lobby trying to sell me a time share! They were down there though.

Clean, organized, and gorgeous views!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! The condo was stocked and well kept! The pool areas were clean and beautiful! Lots of people but not overcrowded! We loved ocean walk!! This was are first stay, but definitely not the last!!

This was our first Jeep Beach and our first stay at your resort. We originally had reservations somewhere else and they cancelled on me. The lady had found your resort for me and I am glad she did. It is a beautiful resort and our room on the 15th floor was perfect. The view (although I am scared to death of heights) was breathtaking. We didn't have much time to enjoy all the amenities as we were busy with the jeep, so I guess that means we have to come back! Thank you!

Nice accommodations and amenities. I don't think the cleaning service did a good job cleaning the unit prior to our arrival -- there was hair in the bathroom (on the floor and in the shower) and on the floor in the living areas. Otherwise, the unit was nice. It was easy to make a reservation and the owner was very nice to deal with. She was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Our month at DAYTONA Ocean Walk Posted: Feb 18, 2015

We enjoyed our stay except for one mishap- on the big day of football playoff games the last two being played our tv went out and we were told it couldn't be fixed until next day needless to say we were disappointed ( who wants to sit on the edge of the bed and watch several hours of football? Everything else was fine and a very enjoyable month.

The transaction and all details were handled professionally. The property was conveniently located and my family enjoyed the amenities. The room was easily accessed from the parking deck with the exception of the slow elevators The room was in ok shape shape. There was painters tape stuck to the wall. I pulled it off. The Wi Fi only worked about 1/2 of the time and the clothes washer needed some attention. It didn't want to spin sometimes. I would stay again if I decided to go back to This area.
