We have been coming to Daytona yearly for a number of years and stay at the Sherwin. In our opinion it is the BEST condo in Daytona. The unit and building is very well kept. And the views are amazing. We have been going through Cindy Grutza for years and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is always the best and she succeeds at doing that every time. If you go to Daytona and don’t use Cindy you are missing out. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Very pleased! The unit was beautifully decorated, very clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean and pool. We had such a great time, we will definitely be back and look to rent 1004 again.

The only complaint I have was waiting a hour and a half to check in! After a 13hr drive the last thing everyone wanted to do was stand in line forever. We loved the condo, pool area and beach!

We stayed at wyndam ocean walk from August 1st through the 8th. We rented from Cindy Groupta and everything was fantastic! Cindy, unlike Carmen and Dennis, was so good to work with! She was accommodating, kind and professional! I've stayed at the wyndam several times now and found it's CRITICAL to rent from and work only work those who are professional and not condescending, mean and ugly. Cindy Groupta is the only one I've worked with that has, not only earned my respect, but will continue to get my businesd. In addition to the above, Cindy and her husband charge much less than their competitors! I just can't say enough good about them nor warn you enough about others I've mentioned! As far as the wyndam itself, they seemed to have made improvements from previous visits. The pools were crystal clean and there was fresh paint on walls. As far as the surrounding area, there were lots of good restraunts, the lagoon water park and boardwalk for extra fun times.

Our experience in 404 was very good. We travel with our teenagers every year and rent condos where we stay. This condo was the largest we have ever rented with the best view. We did encounter a blip when we first arrived at the condo. We attended the condo at 4:30 with our groceries and luggage only to find that the condo had not been cleaned. The cleaners arrived at the same time we did. They were quick in cleaning and letting us move our things in but probably could havecleaned a little more than they did. The floors really needed to be washed and the tables still have leftover crumbs from the previous tenants. It was not a big deal but would have been more shocked if we would have shown up at the condo at 4:00 with no cleaners in sight and a dirty condo.We had an amazing time nonetheless. We also left behind 4 beach chairs for the next family to use! Cheers and thank you very much Cindy!

This particular unit had more than enough room for our family of 4. We used both A and B units with the kids using the smaller unit-they loved having their "own place" with a kitchen, den area with TV, bathroom and bedroom. When we arrived everything was very clean and minimally stocked with everything to get us started. The location was perfect very close to everything-shops, restaurants, the boardwalk and the pier. We rarely needed to use our rental car at all. The ocean view was fabulous-also overlooking the pools. Only down side was not having wi-fi as stated in the contract-although Cindy and her husband did try to resolve this right after we arrived-however due to lots of issues with the local internet provider it never got taken care of. We did appreciate their prompt response to that and also getting us a new remote in the bedroom. Thank you for making our stay in Daytona Beach such a great experience! We highly recommend this unit! THE BEST VACATION EVER/FAMILY ORIENTED Posted: Aug 22, 2014

This vacation was absolutely awesome. I booked my vacation from a private owner. We actually drove from Pennsylvania to Daytona Beach. It's a place that I never visited. When we arrived it was prior to our check in time, but our room was ready and we were able to check in early. When I walked into the room I was stunned. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Everything that you could ever need was within 1 mile of the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I chose Daytona Beach as a high school graduation gift for my youngest son,and my oldest son starting his junior year in college. They had a blast and declared it the BEST VACATION EVER. Everything that we needed for the beach was in our room to include a large tent, beach chairs and sand buckets and shovels. We were going to go on a cruise next year but they declined and said that they wanted to go back to Daytona Beach. So, we will for sure go back to Daytona Ocean Walk Resort. WHAT A VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
