At ocean's edge, a spacious lawn, complete with lounge chairs and tables provides an ideal setting to bask in the warmth, look for turtles and whales, catch up on reading or work on your tan. The six story building has a central elevator and stairways at each end.

The master bedroom offers a spacious King bed, flat screen TV and an updated, private bath. Wake to an ocean view from your bed.
A Queen and Twin bed in the second bedroom allow this unit to easily accommodate up to 5 guests. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, which gives guests in both bedrooms privacy. Both bathrooms feature new vanities and stone counters.
New bed linens and towels purchased 2019.
The fully remodeled kitchen features stone counters, new cabinets and appliances. Equipped with all major appliances, essential cookware, and utensils, you'll feel at home. The open design allows easy interaction between kitchen, dining, living area and the lanai. Enjoy spectacular views while you prep meals and beverages. Plenty of seating options, outside dining for four, causal seating for three at the counter or four at the dining table inside.
The living room and both bedrooms provide flat screen TV with expanded cable channels.
Free Wi-Fi and long distance calling within United States & Canada
A washer and dryer are located in front hall closet of the unit for your convenience.
This unit does not have A/C. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and main living area. Open the lanai doors and let the ocean breeze cool the condo.
Provided for guest use are 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a beach umbrella and a small cooler.
There are 2 gas grills and a pool on property for guest use.
Parking for one vehicle is provided and unassigned

Suite in good shape, clean, etc. Julie and Christina welcomed us and were available for questions. Too bad about the storm that blew water under the balcony doors and had us bailing for hours. Otherwise, all good.

Our family recently stayed at this condo in Maui and I must say, it was absolutely stunning. The condo had amazing views of the beach, ocean, and sunsets that were a constant reminder that we were in paradise.
Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a dream come true and we could watch the mama and baby whales from our balcony!
The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect, right by the water and conveniently close to shopping, groceries, and dining. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with everything we needed just a short walk away.
Overall, I highly recommend this Maui condo to anyone looking for a memorable and convenient vacation experience. With its breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and proximity to shopping, it truly offers the best of both worlds. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this little slice of paradise.

Perfect place and location

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. It overlooks the beach and you have unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets. We watched the sea turtles every morning as they came into shallow water. The condo has everything you could want and need including: 5 beach chairs, coolers, sun umbrella, beach towels. Also the fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher) made it easy to prepare meals. I highly recommend this unit for families of 4-5 people (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).

Best Location, Best Condo, Best Management

This location is so perfect, the only downside is that you will not feel inclined to visit other beaches on the island. Good restaurants just across the street, straddles two excellent beaches with decent snorkeling (TURTLES!!!). The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you could need, plus little extras you don't often see in places like this. The managements is pro-active about communication. Kihei gets windy in the afternoons but the lanai on this condo is sheltered from the worst of it so I was able to sit outside, read and watch for turtles. I would love to come back again because there is so much more to see on Maui.

We have stayed at Kamole Nalu for many years and enjoy the location. The last 10 years we have stayed in 506 which is right on the ocean. No better location on the island and the unit is well equipped.

If you are looking for a spectacular view there probably isn't one that is better than from this 5th floor end unit 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Kamaole Nalu. The separation of the bedrooms/bathrooms is great for sharing. In unit washer/dryer and equipped kitchen. Bedding, bed and pillows & towels were all very decent. Living room, dining room & kitchen are not huge but all quite adequate and the Lanai is really spacious and wonderful place to watch sunsets or whales or the action on the beach below.

We have stayed at the Kamaole Nalu many times. The waterfront location of 506 and the endless sunset views, steps from the beach keep us coming back. 506 is well stocked and maintained. Highly recommended.

Amazing view and perfect location!

This condo had the most amazing view; truly spectacular. The afternoon breeze was really great. The week we were there was very warm and the nights didn’t have much of a breeze. We were fully aware the unit only fans, but wishes it was a little cooler. Did I mention the view? It definitely made up for the warmer nights. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen with more than we could have needed. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. We also loved that we could be on a beautiful beach in a matter of minutes and use the unit’s chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Super convenient for a relaxing beach day. We walked the beach and swam in the ocean daily. Also, the location was perfect with excellent restaurants and shops across the street. We loved our stay here!
