Easy, fast and pain free. Within minutes I booked our reservation thru Airbnb. And it didn't stop there, I received a text when our room was ready. The condo didn't have the reservation, but it was quickly found. Thank you so much. Dee

BOOKING WAS EASY, BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE ASSOCIATE AT FRONT DESK DID NOT HAVE MY NAME CORRECTLY ENTERED IN SYSTEM
IF I DIDN'T HAVE CONFIRMATION PAPER WORK WITH ME- WE WOULD OF BEEN OUT OF LUCK
ALSO CHECK-IN SEEMS VERY LONG WAIT TO GET INTO ROOM
ALSO DOOR ACCESS KEY WAS DEACTIVATED A DAY EARLY--HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO HAVE IT REACTIVATED

Everything was good, just needed another smaller pot to cook in because it was 1 med pot then a huge pot but other than that the stay was good.

The resort was great, slide , lazy river, heated pool , exercise room and a GORGOUS beach !!!
I was running every day on the beach ... A dream !!!!
Activities around ... We had an amazing 10 days vacation!!! We will definitely do it again !!!

We love the facility. Have been there 5 years strait. This condo needs a good cleaning. Whole family had to wear shoes in the condo at all times. Bottoms of our feet Were black within 10 minutes, after a shower, the first day inside the unit. I would think that the price we pay for cleaning, someone would MOP THE FLOOR. Unit had broken towel bar, missing floor molding in bathroom, shower curtain had lots of mildew on inside, main door has no security latch installed.
I can overlook most things, but my family and I were grossed out by the neglect of the cleaning. We paid a cleaning fee, and expected a clean condo. It did not meet our expectations, and I would assume, it would not have met yours either.
3 main things...mop the floor, clean inside of shower curtain, fix towel bar.

Totally unacceptable behavior by security officer banging heavily on our door at 10:45 pm one night to ask if we had teenage boys in our room throwing items off balcony. It was very alarming to be jolted awake (my husband) and disturbed from watching TV (myself) with the heavy banging on our door. I appreciate security however, there is a better way to handle an inquiry such call from outside the suite's door.

Paid a hefty price for a stay from 8PM to 9AM which included a $69 cleaning fee but was charged an additional $18.95 with no explanation.

We stayed in 1305 there were just the two of us. Feel the unit would be somewhat squashed with maximum 6 occupancy and there would be a lack of privacy. The view was breathtaking and it was great to open the balcony doors and listen to the sea if we were not sitting on balcony. The unit was well furnished and equipped including washer/dryer and we were able to use wifi for very small payment. The pools and shared areas are well kept with lots of sun loungers. Dissapointing that the sun disappears over the building leaving this area in shade from mid afternoon. Enjoyed the lazy river. Very secure area we went for walk along boardwalk most evenings. The beach is wonderful with umbrellas and loungers available to rent just outside the resort. Plenty of secure car parking available.

We had an amazing stay. The check in was a bit lengthy. But the staff was friendly and the beach front view was perfect.
