The location was wonderful and perfect for our 6 person family. We loved having beach access and it was quite quiet so it almost felt like our own private beach! Good walking distance from the best shaved ice, coffee/bakery, and an ABC store. We were also close driving distance to many delicious restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these accommodations for anyone visiting Maui. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. It was our first trip to Maui and we were very pleased with the beach access at the property - it was not crowded at all and gave us a beautiful view of the Maui mountains as well! The unit is located near the Farmer's Market - where we were able to grab fresh fruit, and grab coffee and treats from the Sugar Beach Bake Shop - they had the best banana bread and amazing coffee. Ulululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice is also at the Farmer's Market and was delicious. The unit was clean, and was spacious enough for all 5 members of my family. There are a couple updates that would help the unit - more air conditioner in the bedrooms (but we slept with the doors open and the living room unit helped cool it down a bit - would definitely suggest doing this) and new mattresses would be helpful as well. Overall it was a great experience! I would recommend this location to others and my family has already talked about how we hope we can make it back!

The unit was nice and the management company (Kelli) was fantastic!! It is located right on the beach with pool and BBQ areas right on the beach as well, so very fun for hanging out outside in the sun! The only issue I had was there is only AC in the main living room area and it was not large enough to cool the entire space to where it was comfortable in all rooms until very late at night if at all. It didn't help that when we stayed here we were having a really hot heat wave that week :-p, but overall it was a very pleasant time and would definitely stay here again/ recommend to a friend.

Wonderful location. ABC store, farmers market, bakery and shaved ice were just walking distance. The grills on site were perfect for a BBQ on the water! Wonderful view to wake up to every morning!

Close to everything! Direct access to Sugar Beach, one of the best beaches to walk and swim. Made full use of the boogie boards. Sunsets from the lanai. 5 days a week Farmer’s market within walking distance. Kihei canoe club was a bonus. The closeness of the highway worried me at first, traffic does go by all day, but we soon settled into the rhythm of things. Watching the full moon set over the West Maui mountains in winter solstice was spectacular!

This unit is in a great location and building. On arrival, the unit was hot and we found that the ceiling fan and floor fan in one of the bedrooms was not working. The manager did get us a new fan within a few days and had an electrician in to fix the ceiling fan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was also not working the entire time we were there. As the unit is on the 6th floor this meant sleeping with open windows and hearing the noisy traffic. If the air conditioner gets replaced as the manager suggested the owner was going to do, then this noise would not be an issue and it would be a great unit.

My wife and I are wedding photographers and this condo we found out was conveniently right next to the Sugar Beach Events venue where the wedding was being held at. It overlooks the venue and has a great view of the mountain and beach. As for accommodations, it was a great place for my family of 4 as well as my brother's family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed the less than 5 minute walk to the local bakery for spam musubis and pies as well as the best shaved ice on the island, Uulani's! All this, and the host Kelli is awesome to work with. Before we got there, we asked if things such as an iron was available. It wasn't at that moment, but Kelli made sure one was there for our stay! We will definitely stay here again in future visits!

This was the perfect condo for our vacation! It was spacious, clean and had beautiful views! The master bed was comfortable and second bedroom had two twin beds that would be ok for kids. But our kids slept on the pull out couch as it was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed plus a blender and coffee maker. Lots of stocked towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler to take to the beach. The BBQ area was always kept clean and is right by the beach so you can eat and watch a beautiful sunset. There was even a cabinet full of beach toys and pool noodles for the kids to use. The pool was clean and never busy. We went at the beginning of April so we didn't use the AC much, we just opened the windows and used the fans. You could hear the traffic in the mornings and at night it wasn't too bad as things shut down pretty early in Kihei. It was just a short drive to good shopping and even better food. The long stretch of quiet beach had beautiful sand
