We had a great time in this condo, perfect for families and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Very clean and great view (city and beach). Highly recommend.

Palm Hill is a fantastic villa. We have been coming to St. John for about 20 years and rarely stay in the same villa twice - Palm Hill is a rare exception. This was our second consecutive stay at Palm Hill. The views are spectacular - we enjoy watching all of the boat traffic from the terrace whilst sipping our morning coffee, and the sun set in the over St Thomas with a cocktail in hand in the evening. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, and the kitchen is well stocked. The kitchen, dining, and living area are a separate pod so there’s no risk of early risers waking later sleepers. The drive to the house is super easy.
