A very clean (always) and cozy unit just 1/2 block from the beach. Includes a modern kitchen, (2) bathrooms (a nice convenience), and all the amenities of home. Very much enjoyed our 3rd year here with a view of the ocean from the living room and balcony and the relaxing sound of the waves at night while sleeping or otherwise. A pier is within walking distance, which includes a restaurant and bar and adjoining beach with live music and fire pits. Owners are very friendly and always responsive should a need arise. We are looking forward to returning again next summer . . . Mike & Pam

Our stay has been exceptional. The Brumback House is A+++. We have everything we need and more. Attention to detail has been met with great care. Best part is JD Cave has gone out of his way to accommodate our needs and made our stay wonderful.

Sweet anniversary getaway Posted: May 4, 2024

The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary! It is tucked away in a quiet, spacious neighborhood. We prepared food, shared meals, and played games at the kitchen table. We grilled steaks on the propane grill, something we never get to do at our home in the city. We enjoyed the screened-in hot tub, relaxing and listening to the birds and crickets. We ate breakfast and drank coffee on the patio and watched the birds. We even had reasonable internet access and used the Roku to watch our shows at night. Everything was so convenient and well-maintained. We had everything we needed and then some! Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience!
