OK. I have my website set up. Guests can link to the Bookerville availability calendars and book and pay for their stay. Emails are automatically sent. Great. Now, how do they add a review? I went to one of my three properties, then on the Widgets and Colors tab, then Option 6: Guest Reviews, For All Properties in your Account, then I tried to copy and paste the code into the link box for the GoDaddy button, but after it is published, clicking that button just takes you to File Not Found error page. I had the same problem with the link method for a single property. What am I doing wrong?

Hi BYOD - can you point me to your website? That's a good start, then I will look around there, see how you're doing other things, and that should shed some light on the issue.

To be clear: you're trying to embed the Guest Reviews widget into a page on your website, is that correct?
BYOD, November 7, 2015:

Yes, I think that's what I want to do. I contacted Go Daddy and was able to get the link to reviews for one property working, but that just took me to a trial review I wrote myself on the Bookerville site. How can allow my customers to write their own reviews? The website is: https://www.byodresorts.com/
John Amato, November 7, 2015:

Oh, those reviews are sent out by Bookerville, a few days after check-out. The URL includes a special PIN that can only be entered by the guest, so that viewers can trust the reviews to be genuine.

(Does this help?)

Yes! Thanks!
Ethan Barde, January 18, 2016:

You do know now with your guest services function it allows us managers to go in and put in reviews.
John Amato, January 19, 2016:

Yes, and we are working on correcting that.
