I have set certain e-mails with triggers in order to prompt notification of certain information ie, prevent Arrival Instruction from being issued to guest until flight information is received. I have applied a trigger, but this can be overridden by a member. Is there an Administration option anywhere to prevent members from sending e-mails and even amending them.

So these are users you've set up with permissions, and they are going into the Booking Details page from the master calendar, and manually sending (and sometimes overriding the content) of Email Templates, do I have that correct?
