Three adults stayed for two nights in September. I loved having my morning coffee on the porch. We saw porpoises right from the deck! I slept really well on the comfy bed. It was great to have the stove to cook the salmon that they caught in the chilkoot river. I would definitely stay again.

Our wedding at Shenandoah Woods was everything we dreamed of and more. What makes this venue so special is having the venue for the entire weekend, not merely 12 hours on a Saturday. This allowed us to host a welcome party, wedding reception, and farewell brunch for all of our on-property guests. All of our guests have said this was so unique and it allowed us (bride and groom) to interact with more people organically as a wedding reception doesn't allow for as much interaction due to the time crunch. During the reception, Jason pulled out heaters at exactly the moment we knew it was getting a little chilly. During the afterparty, Jason shuttled guests back to their cabin from Somerset. Anything we needed, including extra time to get all of our belongings out of the pavilion, Jason did for us. The wedding venue is the most important wedding vendor and you can't go wrong with Jason and Shenandoah Woods.
