I just started using coupon codes and found that I was unable to easily track them. They did not show up as a column on any report that I checked.

Hi Hickory Cabins - is this a coupon code you entered into the Property Setup page (the button under "Multi-Day Discounts") ?
Hickory Cabins, February 8, 2026:

edit coupon codes under Property setup page
Hickory Cabins, February 8, 2026:

it is below the multi-day discounts but not a multi-day discount. the button says "edit coupon codes"
John Amato, February 8, 2026:

Ok right. Those don't really appear anywhere else but there in the setup page. The intended use is that you're advertsing those coupon codes on your website, social media, maybe in ads, or even just emailing them to prospects. The guests then put that code into the field when they are booking (this only works in direct bookings through the Bookerville Public Booking Calendar).

Let me know if your expected use is different from this, because there might be other tools in Bookerville that could suit that...

That is my intended use but I would like to know when it is used to track how effective it is in my ad campaigns.
John Amato, February 8, 2026:

Ok. It should appear in the booking amounts as a 'discount' line, but if you're finding it doesn't, please let us know...
Hickory Cabins, February 8, 2026:

Is there a report showing discounts?
John Amato, February 9, 2026:

I don't think there is? But I gather you would benefit from a report showing all bookings that used a coupon code?
Hickory Cabins, February 9, 2026:

Yes to take advantage of why I’m using it. I have 2 coupon codes set up that I used in two different ad campaigns. It is the only way I know of to see the effectiveness of the ad.
