Does the Occupancy report also include the owner occupied time?

Would love to be able to see a weekly breakdown too.

Yes, it should include owner-occupied time, if you are blocking owner-occupied time on the calendar with bookings (these can be set to an Admin status of "Owner-Occupied" or "Owner-Reserved").

As for a weekly breakdown: right now, you can choose the dates to run the Occupancy Report on, and as long as you choose dates that include more than 1 week of time, then I guess it could do something like that. Can you help us visualize this?

In the future can we set it to filter owner occupied, maintenance etc out of the report so that you can get an accurate booking ratio? I will have to think about the weekly, was just thinking I would like to see how many weeks it was actually booked i.e. 40 out of 52...
