Hi John, when you display the Bookerville connected calendar on the webchalet site can it display the already booked times without making the prospect just start picking randomly? If they could see what was already booked that would be easier for them. Thanks, Jana
Think I just figured out why it does this. It is displaying a random calendar since it doesn't know which unit to display? Can I have it display the house calendar and the cottage calendar side by side perhaps?

I'm confused about this one, at least the first part of it. Each unit has it's own, individual calendar that is supposed to show the available dates in white, and the booked dates in red. Guests can only select white dates. If this is not working properly, let me know and we will investigate what's happening.
You can't display two individual calendars on the same page, but we do have another widget called the Public Master Calendar which shows all units and their availability, and also permits guests to select available dates. Would you like to talk to Web Chalet about integrating that widget into a page on your site?

Hi, Yes, please look at the home page http://www.clearwater-beach-vacations.net/. It is not displaying anything rented. Now on the individual properties the rented dates do show. I also thought we asked Web Chalet to integrate the widget is that not the correct one through the site?

Oh that is the Multi-Property Search tool. It can't show availability because it's designed only to allow guests to select dates, and then click the Search button to see what properties you have that are available for the dates they chose.
Have a look at this: http://www.bookerville.com/MasterCalendarPublic?account=122
This is your Public Master Calendar, and it shows all units (in your case both) and their specific availabilities, and guests can actually use it to select dates. This may be more like what you want to use there?

Just ask them to replace the URL they are using now for that iframe withe one listed above.
In your case especially, yes I think the Public Master Calendar is a more useful tool.

Done. I will also now need to match the colors to their site...is there a way to make the Property Unit fields wrap to another line so that you can fit the full name of the property plus the overall details underneath? That would make it more intuitive if we are displaying the public master calendar. Thanks!
