Is there already a way or could there be a way to enter the fees you know are associated with a booking? For instance FlipKey deducts 3% from your net rental amount. Your agent might deduct a 15%, etc.? Thank you!

Yes. We are working on a way for you to enter specific commission rates, as well as amount overrides, on a per-booking basis. We are hopeful this will make it in the upcoming 5.3 release. Stay tuned...
