Hi John I wish to add an ASE template to Owners, to notify them of new bookings, will [OWNER EMAIL] suffice in "Other Addresses"?

Unfortunately, no. You probably have different owners for each property, so you'll want to put in the actual owner's email address in the Other Addresses box.
