For the community, I have managed to get 60 properties listed on all Home & Away and VRBO sites (all sites except Owners Direct Uk-this is coming) for free.
I have opened an account with Roomoroma https://www.roomorama.com/ I pay 3% commision, I have found this to be far cheaper than a subscription as I only pay for any bookings received and not for listing subscriptions on many sites. Roomoroma has ical syncing which works with Bookerville calendars as well.
John/Cindy I also believe we can use the AutoResponder for Roomoroma but it looks to complicated for me https://www.roomorama.com/api

Hi abracasa - let me make sure I understand this correctly: you are using the Homeaway & VRBO sites through Roomorama, is that right? And because of this you're only paying commission on actual bookings obtained through them, instead of a yearly listing fee.
