John,
Some VRBO booking inquiries contain "guest comments" that are often questions the guest wants answered prior to booking. Since they are free-form I am pretty sure Bookerville can't answer them for me
. However it would be nice if:
1 - Bookerville could flag those booking inquiries with comments, say in the subject line. I read all the booking request but I would like to work on the ones requesting more information first.
2 - in the auto-responder email there was an acknowledgement that comments/questions were found and a commitment that a response would be forthcoming.
Thanks,
Ron

We might be able to do that Ron, but in the meantime have you looked at these inquiries in your At-A-Glance tab? We mark the ones that have comments with a "quote" icon...

Thanks John, I do like the "quote" icon in the At-A-Glance tab. However, my first notice of an inquiry is often when I receive the email.
One other thing that would be nice is if you could put the email address of the person making the inquiry in the "Reply-to" field of the auto-responder email. Then if the guest is asking a question, when I reply it would keep the continuity and context of the conversation going.

I would second this request... Most of the time I see these emails on my smartphone and like to address them as quickly as possible... The Reply To is a great idea and I also love the idea of including in the autoresponder some kind of text indicating that the owner/manager will respond to comments as quickly as possible.
