We rent condos that have very strict rules against pets in the units and I have a strong policy against smoking in my units. I submit for future consideration that you add a couple of check boxes to the booking requests/availability for PETS and SMOKING and then on each of the properties you have a corresponding tag for smoking and pets... When an inquiry is made if no pets are allowed a popup will occur indicating this restriction. (same for smoking) This will save a ton of time for the potential renters and for the owners that need to wade through the inquiries that have the pet request in the comments.
