I would like to give our homeowners the ability to subscribe to their home's calendar; however, I don't want them to be able to see the guest's name and the content of the Manager's Notes field. Is there a way to customize the data that is included in calendar subscriptions?

There are a few ways to do this. The easiest would be to share with them the Read-Only Public Booking Calendar, which you can get the link to that in your Property Setup page >> Widgets & Colors tab.
If you want something more elaborate than that, then you could grant them permission to see the Master Calendar, but not the Booking Details page.
